My objective as a software engineer is basically growth. There is an unlimited amount of technologies available to learn and discover.

How can I make myself a better engineer and specially an effective learner? How can I quickly move among different technologies?

One thing I found so far is that there are no boundaries for learning. You can always improve your technical skills, there is always something to do better. Learning is a mindset, is the continual love for what you do, in my case the drive to resolve problems and see your creations fully functioning.
